    Despite all the negative things I have to say about it, Old Cuban Samurai does finally seem to be going somewhere with its plot. The basic need of any story is to have a protagonist, a goal, and an obstacle, and at the very least those three pieces are now in place. Mateo is the protagonist, and he must find his way home and deliver the doll to his niece, however, he doesn't have the doll anymore and seemingly has no idea where to find it. It doesn't make for the best story, but at least it's starting to make for a story. In addition to the direction in plot, the art style still fits the comic very well, and if nothing else it's easy on the eyes. Read Full Review
