  X-O Manowar: Unconquered charged out of the gate like a Roman legion on bath salts, and the third issue is no exception. Cloonrad wisely takes time to slow things down a bit to give the story a chance to breathe and add new layers of depth to its narrative. Meanwhile, Liam Sharp continues to prove why he's one of the industry's all-time greats (check out the pages with the octogonal panels for proof of his genius as a draftsman, too)!
