Goldilocks finds herself missing the mundy world, readers will find themselves missing these Fables. There’s still a couple more issues left of the series Fairest spun off of, Fables and as this issue mentions at the end, the story continues on their graphic novel, so it’s certainly not the end of the story, not really. "Fairest" didn't go out as strongly as it could have but longtime readers will find no reason not to enjoy what we get. Willingham writing Goldilocks is a ton of fun and Hetrick's art style fits this world perfectly. I wanted a little more finality from this issue but I'm pretty sure we'll get enough of that when "Fables" #150 hits. Read Full Review
"Fairest" #33 is an odd wrap-up for the series, an issue that served a greater purpose but fell victim to some sort of scheduling problem. After the fact, it lacks a bit of punch, one that could have helped carry it past its other issues. In the end, though, the great art and the amusing-at-first nature of its protagonist can't quite balance out the stumbles. Read Full Review
