Part 2 of "The Nativity." The Authority broke all the rules and made a promise to mankind that they would build a better world. Now the conflict begins in earnest as a very familiar group of super-humans make it clear that the Authority aren't the only ones who know how the rest of us should live our lives. Do any of these people have a right to dictate what's best for mankind?
