A chance for transconscious migration (transferring of your mind and consciousness into the metaverse inside an avatar of your choosing). The opportunity to leave the real world and live in a digital one. When Ash's real life gets a bit too hot to handle, she's offered help from a friend, who happens to be her ex. But when she enters her Nu Life and finds her ex there, they quickly realize the simulation may be more than they bargained for.
