This book is good. it may let on to be another cliche character tie in that marvel tends to grind out nowadays like Civil War 2 or Inhumans vs X Men but once in a wile they hit gold as an example 2015's Jonathan Hickman run of Secret Wars or (in my opinion) January 2015's Black Vortex event and this title hits gold as well. For long running captain america fans it's understandable to feel a little more
