The only good thing I can say about this comic is, it ended. 3 issues of plot gibberish, jumping from one thing to another, from one character to the next. There's no depth to be found here, just things that Superman must see before he becomes Superman, all condensed o much, you can't possibly think they'd be relevant to Clark. These are one offs, as important to one's life as meeting a random per more

I might have to check it out then. Hell, it's worth it for the art alone, I can tell you that right now.

the art is beautiful. as for the writing, it's bad but it goes without saying that it's better than King's Batman. ....hell! even a detailed list of the different types of cancer is better than King's Batman.

Doubt, fear and insecurity are starting to take over. And as all of those negative feelings set in, the Scarecrow orchestrates a riot at Arkham Asylum to give the Dark Knight one of his greatest cha...

This issue wasn’t as exciting& fun like issue 3,4&5, but that’s mainly because it’s the conclusion to this story.
Batman finally snapped out of Scarecrow‘s fear gas& we learn, that everything, that happened since issue 4 was just an illusion in Batman‘s head. What makes this more boring for Scarecrow, but more interesting, when it comes to Batman, since nothing in this story could h more

I generally admire but don't actually like Kieron Gillen's writing very much: it's technically impressive but emotionally cold. But I am absolutely loving Die. The writing is as great as always but it feels more immediate somehow. Also, plot-wise, a twist I'd have expected to be saved for the end of the first arc instead has already happened as this issue opens, and it's great and unexpected. Can' more

Loved this issue. Scarecrow is continuing to give therapy to Batman& it’s fun to watch. This series manages to mix sad scenes like Batman‘s past& his unachievable goal with funny scenes like how Batman sees himself. The art intensifies both. I like how the story isn’t solely told with words, but also with art.

I genuinely enjoyed this a ton. The art really stands out and tells the story better than words could've. But the writing isn't bad either. This one-off story is probably the most enjoyable Batman story I've read recently.
