I have my problems but it's good so far. Geoff Johns basically does his best to write a story that has to act as a sequel to Watchmen while also work as a big DC universe event. And I think he does do a good job. Art by Gary Frank is great as always. I also enjoyed a lot of the new characters. Problems I had were that it felt a bit too fanservice-y.
