"The Fast and the Nebulous" delivers on its promise of a fun chase between the Doom Patrol and a couple of Green Lanterns, but also shines during its quieter moments which have more of a road trip vibe. Burnham's art continues to be a highlight, while Culver particularly nails a conversation between Cliff and Larry which references back to the Morrison era.

The series has really started to hit its stride with its third issue, which makes it all the more disappointing that this is only a mini-series.
