Hmm... Ms. Marvel is usually one my favorite books from Marvel, but I thought the resolution was a little weak here. Doc.x' defeat didn't make too much sense to me, personally. The beginning with everyone coming together in the hallway was pretty great, however, and easily the highlight of the book for me.

Agreed it could have used a little bit more of drama.

I would have given it a lower score if not for the opening scene. It was so great to see everyone come together in form of support. The art of Miyagawa and Herring is perfect as always it was just the ending that was lacking. But I'm glad to see a usual face is making a re-appearance.

Yeah I agree. The first few pages were really sweet but that last fight was just lousy.

I always wonder if that is a writer or artist thing - how do you tie it up quickly but make it resonate. This book has a long enough track record that hopefully it's just a one-time thing!

A very solid issue. I love how Ewing is weaving in Secret Empire into this story. I hope that this story does get more intense as the event goes on but I also do hope it doesn't lose its charm that it has. The art and coloring as always is perfection. Diaz and Aburtov play off each other very nicely. Bring on the Secret Empire!!!

Reminds me a lot of the Secret Wars series where OML bounced from one random scenario to another without any real point. No matter what happens on any stop, there's no time to get invested in it because it'll just whisk away to the next in a few minutes. Also, 1812? Should we start calling him Really Old Man Logan?

It's sad that this book is getting ignored very badly. Newton is an interesting villain. I love how the sorcerers play off the avengers very well, especially with Spider-Man's jibs. The art of Rorigues, Lopez and Bellaire is authentic comic book feel and nothing is wrong with it. Sad that next issue may be the last.

I love Waid's story. It brings a little reality into the super hero mix. The ending was so blunt and cold it made me a little queasy, but a delightful queasiness, if there is such a thing.
