Batman (2016) #50 |
Jul 4, 2018 |
The art for this issue is right on par with its story, it's simply beautiful. There is one panel in particular that I love so, so much, that I ended up making it my phone wallpaper. In this issue you will fall in love from Catwoman's wedding dress to the pages where Bruce and Selina are sharing intimate moments. Everything about the art is superb. |

Deadly Class #43 |
Feb 19, 2020 |
Every page is filled with a creepy art style and it made me feel uncomfortable, but not in a way that I wanted to stop reading, but rather in a way that makes me want to keep exploring this world and these characters. By the end of the book, these characters have experienced death and betrayal, you know, typical high school stuff. As I mentioned before, this was my first time reading a Deadly Class comic, but thanks to this issue I'll be sure to check out the next issue when it releases. As an overall arc, I'm not sure how this fits in the whole picture, but as a stand-alone issue, it had enough to keep me wanting more. |

Marvel's Voices #1 |
Feb 19, 2020 |
As someone who grew up with Marvel characters, this was a great read. It was awesome to see a book that shared the pages with Spider-Man, Black Panther, Wolverine, and that's just to name a few. Trust me there is a story for just about anyone. Whether you want something with humor, or thought-provoking, or just something light-hearted and fun, Marvel's Voices has you covered. |
