DC Pride (2021): 2022 #1

Jun 9, 2022

So in my opinion, DC Pride #1 2022 is a beautiful, fantastic and all round absolutely brilliant celebration of some of the amazing and wonderful LGBTQIA+ characters and creators DC has! A book well worth the $10 cover price and definitely worth picking up.

Great backup to close out such a great book. Would definitely recommend grabbing this if you've been liking Dark Crisis or have liked any of the books I've mentioned.

Bolero #1

Jan 17, 2022

This is going to be a spectacular, emotional series of heartbreak, parallel universes, and gorgeous art. If that doesn't sell you like it does me, I don't know what will! At least check out this great first issue, I don't think you'll regret it.

Bolero #4

Apr 25, 2022

I mentioned in my review of Bolero #1, the $5.99 price point might be off-putting for some, especially when that's every issue. But personally it's been completely worth it. Every issue has felt so complete and satisfying, and all together make for such a compelling story.

Something is Killing the Children #21

Apr 4, 2022

It's a great reintroduction to the series and our monster killing protagonist, with an interesting new environment and situation where I can't wait to see where it goes. If you haven't been reading this series, this is a great jumping on point! This book is an epic ride that you won't regret joining. Then while you wait for the next issue, go back and catch up on the series so far because it's just that good!
