2000AD #2010 |
Dec 9, 2016 |
As a single issue comic book, it's still a great read. One that I've got to implore you to give a chance. Once given that chance, no doubt, you will fall in love with these worlds and characters. For this fact alone I give this a near perfect review. Only thing out of place for me was "Flesh", but you might enjoy it more than me! If I haven't convinced you already, take a look at what these worlds offer and dive in. |

Briggs Land #4 |

All in all, this issue is a great read for the series as a whole. Fleshing out the characters and bringing their methods to display. Building tension for a conflict for the differing mother and son to come. Whether part of the series or as a standalone title it succeeds. And I eagerly await where what comes next. |

Croak #2 |
Nov 28, 2016 |
This issue keeps the 100 mph pace from the last issue, and that is a great thing. So I'm strapped in and enjoying the ride. Read this issue, live in the hereand now with it. Be there as the mysterious croak creatures come for you and be afraid. It's worth the short read, for the quick adrenaline rush alone. |

Croak #3 |
Dec 8, 2016 |
If you are a fan of horror, there is no doubt. I recommend picking up the two back issues as well. Not so much for learning all the extra details but for going on this great thrill ride, from start to finish. I expect more Croak and am anxiously awaiting it. |

So overall this issue may have made itself the best of the series yet. Having great amounts of build up and pay off. Answering burning questions while raising brand new ones. For me this issue delivered a lot of what I've been hoping to get out of this series and that is something new. Something that isn't in most other comics currently on the shelves. This issue is a great jumping on point and you might just be compelled to get the first two issues as well. |

Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (2016) #9 |
Dec 1, 2016 |
I've only read this issue of the Power Rangers series, but it was entertaining and I never felt too out of the loop. Definitely not a self-contained story but keeps a good pace. This may have not been the best jumping on point. So if you're a fan of the series, love the campiness and don't mind picking up some back issues. It's probably gonna be fun ride. 3/5 |

Assassin's Creed: Awakening #2 |
Dec 14, 2016 |
All in all its hard to recommend this comic to anyone. Fan of the game? No. Fan of comics or manga? No. Fan of all the above? Still not really. There is just so many comics that fill all those gaps out there. The bland art, odd storytelling and general lack of Kenway don't bode well for further issues either. |
