In one word, this issue is uneven. The art sometimes fits perfectly and sometimes distracts, the story has high notes and very low notes, and overall, I'm still hoping it'll get better.

It's a pretty good issue. Story and characterization are great, especially considering the story was hijacked for an event, the art was pretty good, and the cover was nice. If you're picking and choosing you tie ins, this series shouldn't be skipped.

The story is interesting, the art is great, but the cover is a bit too heavy. This is a pretty good stand-alone issue.

The story doesn't have much action until the very end, but the characters interaction is nicely done. The art is pretty good, as well as the cover. It's a bit lackluster for a first issue, but it wasn't bad.

The story's conclusion was pretty satisfying, and the fight was good and short. The art is pretty good, and the cover is terrible. Overall, it was a mostly enjoyable miniseries, despite its weak premise.

The story is nice, though it has a cheesy overtone, and the characters are done well. The art is good, though the backgrounds aren't always as detailed as the people. All in all, it's a good issue. Too bad it's also the last.

While the art felt a bit rushed, the story holds it up. The focus here is more about the school than it is on Wolverine, Unlike the last two issues.

Overall, a great issue. The art is lively and bright, the story is fun and charming, and it provides a great break from the drama and intense of other X-titles.

It's an issue that does not leave a room to be bored, which is a quality that prove to be both good and not good. The art looks better as the characters have more diversity, and the mood is kept light. All in all, it remains an enjoyable read.

The issue has a lot of things happening in it, but falls flat in the emotional department. The art is still a far cry from "bad", but it does wane down a bit. It's a lot less fun than the last two issues, which, unfortunately, works only against this series.

The story is still lacking but the art is still great. The fight scene wasn't as good, but the flashbacks were done much better. It probably won't ascend above its flicky premise, but the trick is not to expect it to.

In a way, this issue embodies a lot of problems that arose with the previous tone of the book, but its meta approach toward them makes it seem more intentional than simply a side effect of poor planning, and Asmus's attempt to address them is pretty admirable.

For an issue whose intention was to relay information and complete the dark X-Force plot, it was surprisingly amusing and fun. Bradshaw may not be Bachalo, but he's really not bad, and the coloring is fantastic. I find it very hard to not enjoy this series.

Even if you're tired of events and don't see the point of this one, it's comforting to know that at least the fun factor hasn't been drained out of it yet. It's an enjoyable action piece, if you don't think about it too hard.

James Asmus is writing a perfectly enjoyable book. While the art is less impressive than last time, the stories and characters continue on being the shining point in the book, and in the X-Men world in general.

This issue steps up again, both in terms of enjoyment and art, to align itself with the first one. It's a solid, fun issue, and a nice way to end an arc. If you're into fun and shenanigans, and you haven't bailed at the first issue, I'll be surprised if you won't stick around.
