The giant AvsX banner at the top of each issue seems to limit Cheung's ability to utilize too much space. That being said, this cover comes off as a bit crowded, but thankfully the colouring allows it to solely focus on Hope, not having how crowded the cover is affecting the overall appearance. |

Few can draw fire as well as Jim Cheung, but this cover suffers from a case of the busies. It's a very busy cover, and it's almost impossible to tell Cyclops's head is there at first glance. It also suffers from being a bit confusing, with half of Captain America and Wovlerine's bodies coming out of the back of Cyclops's head. This could be partially due to the oversized AvX banner, which has proven to be a consistent problem. |

Lee Bermejo draws one HELL of a gun toting gorilla. However, Bucky's awkward footing and uneven use of space, coupled with overlapping the book's title take away from the overall appeal. |
