By the time the third of 'Cerebus' Six Crises' rolls around, the wheels are definitely coming off the barbarian aardvark's administration. And Sergeant Preston of the Royal Iestan Mounted Police isn't helping matters with his own brand of political justice ('Once more has brute force and goodness won out over weakness and evil! Hsss!)'. I'm Dave Sim, co-creator of comics' only 6,000-page graphic novel, reminding you that this issue also features the first appearance of Arnold the Isshurian -- not to be confused with the star of any CONAN movie or former governor of California.
