Black Betty is off to a nice start with just the right amount of intrigue. At its center is a compelling character that we don't know a lot about yet. This is not her origin story. We're dropped into her world and we get up to speed pretty quickly. We don't need to know how she got to this point right now. We can enjoy how effective she is at fighting monsters. Read Full Review
