Curb Stomp #3 marks a clear turning point for this miniseries, sadly with its multiple dangling plots and decreasing quality of art it is not for the better. Read Full Review
This art is killing me. This story is killing me. But why do I stay???? Because it's careening quickly to the end and I want to know how it ends. The story leaves a lot loose. Like what does the governor really want. What is really wrong with Mary's mom? What happened to Derby? Who is really the gang Derby hails from? So many dangling questions and I fear I will never get them answer. Neogi, the artist, just seems a little sloppy for my liking I wish the art was tighter, and I wish the plot didn't hit so many points that it can not possibly solve. But who knows, maybe there is a bloody light at the end of this four part series.
