After the Blood-Red Witch disappears with Baltimore, Sofia and the others must fend off her followers while Rose and Kidd follow a new lead to find the witch and save Baltimore.
Things go horribly wrong for the heroes and the saga has never been more enjoyable. A major character finally appears, while another falls. Some characters feel they've made the right decision, while another feels very differently. Just like life, only time will tell if the right decision was made. It's a difficult job to wrap up an arc, an even more difficult job to wrap up an arc with a reveal of a character so long coming. While not a major misstep, this issue does feel a little rushed, a little setup heavy and, as a conclusion to a storyline, falls short of previous concluding issues.
