Jack Kraken is the best agent the Humanoid Interaction Agency has. Using his extranormal powers, Jack protects humans and humanoids alike from those who would kill them. Follow Jack’s adventures rescuing kids and stopping the things that go bump in the night.
Overall, this one-shot is a great introduction to this Jack Kraken and H.I.M. It has all the best components of a good book: action, humour, a hint of underlying darkness; all with a twist to keep this fresh and unlike most other superhero ongoings out there. As a reader, I am definitely left satisfied and wanting more Jack Kraken adventures " and from a $3.99 comic, one can't ask for much more. Read Full Review
I would've liked a more proper introduction to who Jack Kraken is as we're thrown right in the first story. That said, it also made me want to read through the book again which is always a positive thing. As an introduction to the character of Jack Kraken this issue does an outstanding job. Seeley and team establish a fleshed out character who looks great and a mystery to it worth learning about. The idea of H.I.M and other characters is an even bigger draw. If these are not ideas you are interested in this might be a flat issue for you. I look forward to more Jack, better get Kraken on it Seeley. Read Full Review
