Boba Fett and the rest of the bounty hunters have always held an elusive appeal to me. They are characters that look really cool, but are shrouded in mystery. This story doesn't dispel much of the mystery, but it does provide the cool. This is, hands down, the best of the "Star Wars" comics from Dark Horse that I have read. Read Full Review
I am always wary of a comic based off of movie or television show, they usually fall way short of their source material. However, Dark Horse has had a great track record with their Star Wars comics and Blood Ties is a very good showcase for Boba and Jango Fett. I say, buy it. Read Full Review
The art is a bit spotty, but so far I'm enjoying the storyline quite a bit. Blood Ties isn't the simple, cheap cash-in on the Fett name it could have been. Hopefully Taylor's conflict can grow and sustain itself over the remaining three issues. Read Full Review
I'm not sure this mini series is going to be able to make Boba the kid very likable but I am pleased to see the story isn't going to be simply Jengo fighting while Boba watches from the cockpit of Slave-I. This is definitely a good start to a mini series set dead center in the heart of the Clone Wars. I am looking forward to the next issue. Read Full Review
