This is a weird one. It's a reinvention of the original appearance of the Joker without Robin. I like some of the liberties taken, Cousin Melvin was an interesting addition but most of it largely felt very flat. The art didn't really elevate the book either. You can take or leave this one. It's not really better or worse than what it is adapting.
