What is it with you and dissing on sci-fi? DC is loaded with it. And has been for years. Superman is sci-fi. I really don't get your gripe in your reviews other than you miss the 50s.

While I thought these would mostly be one-shots, this ends on a cliffhanger that leads into the Cyclone issue. It takes a bit to figure out where all this fits into the world of previous DC movies, but I'm definitely interested in seeing more of these characters. Read Full Review

The plot is certainly functional and beyond mediocre pacing and design work, there's nothing offensive about The Justice Society Files, but it ultimately reads like a comic that should be given away with a children's meal before the movie. Read Full Review
Hawkman - 7.5/10, this wasn't very well written and theres only so much the writer can do in a story this short but it was still pretty fun

The entire time I am reading this, I am thinking hey it is the invincible Iron-Man with wings! Like a smooth James Rhodes character. And I keeping hearing the 1960s Iron-Man cartoon theme song in my head, while reading this comic.
This science-fiction movie-based version of Hawkman Carter Hall battles a science-fiction empowered version of Gentleman Ghost James Craddock. The nanotechnology suit based Hawkman in this "alternate universe" (new DC universe?) has a partner working with him named Jeremy. Jeremy looks to improve Hawkman's "armor blasters" and "Hawk cruiser," using Black Adam's (apparently) "Eternium." So we have a version of Tony Stark's Iron Man with wings, and thrown in some mysticism as well.
