Geoff Johns and Scott Kolins continue this must-have BLACKEST NIGHT tie-in! The Flashes find themselves more tangled into Nekron's ultimate plan than they could ever have imagined. Meanwhile, it's a well-known fact that Captain Cold hates running. But when the Rogues of the past rise to claim those that still survive, he has no choice!
Overall I like the issue but I guess I am bothered by the blue ring having difficulties when Barry has been a source of hope and inspiration in the Blackest Night. Read Full Review
Now that "Blackest Night" is closer to its end than it is to its beginning, its crossovers are finally starting to branch into more interesting territory. We're all pretty familiar with what happens when a Black Lantern shows up. Regrets, chestplates coveted, people get seen in different colors, people try and kill Black Lanterns but they just end up doing that weird ropey thing and come back together, etc. But outside of all that, Johns is really expanding the mythology through more interesting detail, broadening the spectrum.
