I want to love this book, I really do. Storm is one of my favorite comic characters. But it just doesn't feel right for Storm. It's not grand enough, for one. The writing doesn't work for me, and the story just feels meh. The art is really good, and because I love the character so much I'm going to stick with this and hope it gets better, but it is entirely unimpressive so far.

IDK. Just different strokes for different folks I guess. A perfect 10 does seems high but maybe this is great YA/slice of life. Not my type of style for a superhero comic. I do see the 10's are giving 10's pretty much everywhere so most likely fluffing if they have nothing to say.
Check the other reviews of the people who gave 10’s. They give out tens to everything. Makes it meaningless
