“MIDNIGHT RUSTLER OF GOTHAM CITY!” Commissioner Gordon summons Batman to help him solve a problem involving four slaughterhouses each losing a herd of cattle. When the commissioner receives an anonymous tip about a fifth attempt, Batman boards a Refugee Island ferry believed to be a part of the smuggling, where he encounters one of the thieves, Tad Wolfe.
