A devastating end to a brilliant series. I suppose I shouldn't really have expected a happy ending considering the setting, but I guess I was hoping to get some semblance of justice for Detective Allen. Even just a little hint that eventually they would get enough to bury Corrigan; maybe find out that Batman is taking a run at him. It sucks, but it's also raw and real. The good guys don't always win. Especially in places like Gotham.
