Aug 07, 2025If the first series thrived on noveltyjust seeing the Justice League trading blows alongside (and against) Godzilla and Kongthis sequel earns its place by layering character arcs and shifting alliances atop the spectacle. Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong 2 #3 is a midpoint escalation, the kind of chapter that makes you lean forward because you know the final act will be allout war. For fans of the first crossover, its another mustread; for anyone just jumping in, its proof that this unlikely mashup still has plenty of fireand atomic breathleft in it. Read Full Review

Aug 06, 2025Justice League vs. Godzilla vs. Kong 2 #3 promises a monster mash-up but settles for a DC-centric chess game. Superman and Lex Luthor carry the issue with their banter and problem-solving antics in Hollow Earth, while Wonder Woman and Supergirl bring some much-needed action against the Suicide Squad. However, the lack of Monsterverse presence and pacing hiccups keep it from hitting its full potential. Read Full Review

I think everyone just takes this book too seriously. It's just a fine mashup. At least that's how I read it. Superman is weakened, and Lex leaves him to get pummeled. Cheetah's fight with the Flash gets interrupted, and Wonder Woman makes a chump out Peacemaker. Fun stuff. The end sets up for a rematch. I know this book gets awful reviews, but I'm enjoying it.
