This was a great issue that pulled on the heartstrings and is a nice segway into what's coming up next Read Full Review
I am interested in seeing what the future holds for all four if not all of the characters of the Teen Titans. Will they get back together to be a team of heroes or will they continue to act out of fear? Read Full Review
This issue is a good jumping on point...maybe. It really feels like a soft reboot, so if you get this issue, you just may be getting in on the ground floor of the new direction of the Teen Titans...or maybe not. I'm really not sure just yet. While this issue will undoubtedly piss people off who followed Will Pfeifer's run (as well as those who didn't like Lobdell's earlier one), I liked it for the art and the promise of something kind of new. Maybe not better, but kind of new. Considering how much I haven't liked this book, I'll take it. Read Full Review
There's a reason Lobdell was taken off this series. He never understood the characters, he frankly is a poor choice for writing teenagers and his love of his own unmitigated terribleness is hard to read month to month. He's a relic of the worst bits of Marvel's boom and bust years, one DC has desperately tried to distance itself from in the last few years. His return on this title is embarrassing and mystifying in equal measure. Teen Titans #12 reads like as much of an artifact as Lobdell is, something best left forgotten by issues of X-Forceand Danger Girland ultimately, it's one of the worst, most disappointing comics of 2015, to be avoided at all costs. Forget everything you've been reading for the past year, apparently. Teen Titans has finally, and without warning, lost its mind. Read Full Review
Lobdell's name might give you the chills. But this issue is okay I hate the fact the the previous solo writer now co-writers story was dropped the instant Lobdell came on board with little to no explanation but at least there was great art, Bart, Tim, Cassie and Connor interaction and obviously Tim Drake finally taking his costume of for once I thought he was glued to it. But the bad thing is Connor is gone AGAIN and harvest is back but okay.
You know it's all over when you have Scott Lobdell writing a Titans issue again. Close your eyes and stick your fingers in your ears until the new creative team arrives.
This is a crappy issue.
This is the worst comic I have ever bought in my entire life. No one buy it.
