    This first issue packs a mighty punch, starting with the story itself. The story takes you on a whirlwind ride. A tale of a man who went through a traumatic loss in his youth, that shaped the rest of his life. Now that his life and mind are failing him, we dont know what is real and what is not. Scott Snyder is taking us on a psychological thrill ride, that has some incredible twists and turns. At the same time the story has a ton of heart and makes you truly care for Johnny. With Snyder's masterful narrative and Jock's haunting illustrations, You Won't Feel a Thing explores the fragility of the human mind against the backdrop of a gruesome serial killer tale in such a perfect way.
