Trapped on a space station 200 miles above Earth, Ash is once again hounded by the demons of the Army of Darkness. This time, the forces of darkness have set their sights on a complete takeover of the planet Earth. But Ash has other ideas - ideas that involve a little heavy metal robotic mayhem of his own!
As far as penultimate issues this story keeps things light and entertaining, and while there's a cheapened moment overall it's turning out to be a fantastic action series. Read Full Review
Army of Darkness continues to be a great continuation to this fantastic franchise, as though the concept is one that still divides me, the character depth and comic timing proves extremely entertaining. The battle between Ash and his evil counterpart, and the dialogue shared also adds to the humorous tone, as though there is little progression plot wise, the issue is certainly fun. Read Full Review
This is by no means a bad story but I could have easily given it a 2. It gets the extra point by being Army of Darkness related and understanding Ash as a character. I look forward to seeing how this concludes, maybe they've got a strong finish up their sleeves and since you can't really just skip this issue if you have invested in the mini-series then you have to read this. If you haven't invested in the mini-series then you might want to wait until you can get the whole thing together, it's combined strength will more than make up for this weak issue. Read Full Review
