BLIP TO THE (PSYCHIC) RESCUE!

When Team Space Ghost is ambushed on the Ghost Planet and trapped inside their own minds by the villainous Sorceress, Blip must don the Creature King’s telepathic helmet in order to save his now-catatonic family. But even if he can manage to throw a monkey wrench into the Sorceress’s works, will it be enough to save the Guardians of the Spaceways from their own inner demons? Or will her All-Seeing Eye burn our heroes to their deepest cores?

Find out in the intensely introspective pages of Space Ghost #9, from the telepathically linked creative team of DAVID PEPOSE and JONATHAN LAU — feat more

Lyles Movie Files - Jeffrey Lyles

Space Ghost vol 2 9 was another stellar issue in a series that continually makes that the norm. With most stories efficiently told over one issue, readers are getting a comprehensive story each month making it one of the absolute best bang for your buck comics available on the shelves today. Fanlight Zone - Richard Coryell

Space Ghost Vol. 2 #9 continues the emotional hardships for the Space Ghost Family. Conquering what has happened to them well having their minds invaded by a Sorceress is traumatizing to say the least. As the series ramps up, and we know we are getting closer to the “big bad” of this series finally showing up, the drama is intensifying. Space Ghost is one of the best books on the shelf every month, and if you are missing out on it, it’s time to rectify that and add it to your Pull List. Read Full Review

    Comic Watch - Theron Couch

Epilogue and prologue operate simultaneously in Space Ghost #9, an issue that serves as both an effective aftermath and transition issue. It continues the trend of focusing on Jace and Jan to develop them further while also re-emphasizing the emotional connection between them and Space Ghost. This is easily the most complex issue since Space Ghost #1, calling back to recent stories while driving curiosity for the future. Read Full Review

    Comical Opinions - Gabriel Hernandez

    Mar 11, 2026

Space Ghost (Vol. 2) #9 delivers a dense, emotionally pointed dream siege that respects your time by packing every sequence with either character work or payoff from Contra’s sacrifice. The art team keeps the nightmare architecture crisp and legible, so you are never stuck rereading pages just to decode where anyone is, which matters when you are evaluating whether this belongs in a tight weekly stack. If you’ve been following the run, this chapter feels like mandatory reading for Jan and Jace alone, and the Tempus tease suggests the creative team is not done punching above the usual nostalgia‑mini weight class. I was a little confused by this issue regarding the powers of the villain. I couldn't tell what was real and what wasn't, and they were able to walk into each other's hallucinations. Again, confusing. It continues to be good, I just wish there were more rules to the villain's powers.
