Big Comic Page - Ross Sweeney
May 19, 2015Still, its an enjoyable read, and promises the kind of deliciously contrived resolution that can only really be savoured in the context of this particular character. If youre not already an Adams/Gently fan - and what on earth is wrong with you, seriously? - youll not find a lot to like here, despite Ryall making every effort to ingratiate you into the fold. But for those of us that are, this is great take on Adams lesser-known work. Worth a read. Read Full Review

May 20, 2015The first issue of Dirk Gently's Holistic Detective Agency is a fair introduction to the scenarios the character often finds himself in, complete with wry jokes and wide-reaching events. Existing fans will likely enjoy becoming part of that web, but the uninitiated will have to decide if the wordplay and plot-weaving keeps their interest over the adequate yet unspectacular art.
