The Ghostbusters have found out what's bringing their dimensions together - and for once, it doesn't have anything to do with a sinister beam of light heading into the sky! Tech nerds from two dimensions will need to put their heads together and build something that'll solve the problem (and at least half of them hope any solution includes a satisfying explosion!)
Though not a huge fan of the movie, I have found myself enjoying this series immensely and wouldn't be averse to seeing the team continue to show up in the IDW universe. For the time being though what we have here is a well written, lovingly illustrated and just incredibly fun book that fans of the Ghostbusters (any of the variations) should consider picking up. Schoening's art is, as ever, on point, with some truly great facial expressions that perfectly capture the essence of familiar characters. (Walter Peck is a standout.) Some of Delgado's flashy colors are back, with the white whale's ghost a prime example. I don't know how they make them all glowy, but they sure do look good. Read Full Review
I don't want this to end! Having both teams working together is fun and makes me want to watch all the films as soon as I'm done reading. If a comic can get a reader to run to rewatch the films, it's more than successful as a companion piece to them. This book shows that two teams are indeed better than one. Read Full Review
