Denny Little's 48 hours to scrape up a hundred grand and relocate a dead mobster are up, and things are looking mighty unfavorable for our hapless psychic and his bank robbing girlfriend. Denny's probably getting shot in his big, dumb face...unless a soul-sucking demon gets to him first!
"I Can Sell You a Body" #4 kind of grew on me. I love the premise. The set-up, crime, and denouement are frankly wacky, but darn it if things don't actually work out at the end, and not entirely as I might have expected. I respect a book that can still surprise me. Read Full Review
The I Can Sell You a Body premise has so many exciting possibilities. Ferrier seems to be scratching the surface after four issues. The drama has run through way too quickly to be anything other than vaguely confusing. Ferriers four-issue story has the feel of a very impassioned and drawn-out call from a stranger dialing the wrong number. Its not that it hasnt been interesting. The appearance of a demon and resolution of the story's romance are as unearned and ill-considered as most other parts of a pitch that rarely reads like a finished product; if there was a spark of a good idea here, it was extinguished in all four issues of the telling. Read Full Review
