Though the series only has one more issue to go, you would never know it reading Scarlett's Strike Force #2. Armed with a strong foundation of characters, a great sense of humor and fun, and frenetic, richly colored artwork, this era of G.I. Joe seems to be winding down while still staying true to itself and the tone its enjoyed from day one, haters be damned. Where else can you see villains debating dinosaur entomology and a vomiting T-Rex? Scarlett's Strike Force #2, that's where, and it's just as fun as it sounds. Read Full Review
Scarletts Strike Force #2 didnt really do anything to sell me on the G.I. Joe franchise. The characters are one-note. The conflict isnt really given any tension or drama. The good guys are good because they are. The bad guys are bad because they are. The most nuanced character is the Transformer because he actually has an arc. Daniel and Hill contribute good art, but the comic isnt saved by it. I cant recommend it. Give it a pass. Read Full Review
