Jul 12, 2023While this miniseries' overall plot is interesting, Star Trek purists will chafe at some overly familiar plot points as well as illustrations that bear little resemblance to the actors who played the characters. Read Full Review

Jul 12, 2023It isn't exactly new ground, but it's written well enough to be compelling and has some character depth to an otherwise action-heavy plot, while making the best case for this story being set within The Motion Picture's narrative orbit. Read Full Review

I didn't like the first half of this as it was very cliche. The way Kirk and Uhura escape and can walk freely around the Roman station unimpeded. Aren't their security cameras anywhere. But then it took a turn with Spock's conversation with the admiral and then then twist with having to campture Checkov's doppleganger to save his life.
