The end of the year is a hectic time for most businesses, and the Ghostbusters are no exception. Beset from all sides by a surge in spectral activity over this particularly busy season, they're looking forward to a little bit of a break once the new year hits. But recent supernatural symptoms shown by the City that Doesn't Sleep are coming to a head, and the Bogeyman has arrived to take the city's future!
It maybe ends a bit too quickly and the fact that Ortiz is retelling events to her boss puts everything in the past. As a result, some of the immediacy is lost but its been a fun holiday season with this run. If you can believe it, next month celebrates 30 years of Ghostbusters. Good to see it in safe hands. I honestly don't know how I thought this arc would end. I didn't know what to expect. I mean, it's Ghostbusters. What did you expect? It was entertaining for the short time that it took to read it, but I wouldn't put this in the "buy" category. It wasn't funny, but the story was cool. I just think that I'm kinda done with it. Happy Horror Days is an enjoyable arc, but it ends without much fanfare. The abrupt end feels like it has left some unfinished business. With what we know is coming up next, this might be one that becomes stronger when the complete picture can be seen. Read Full Review
