This book is an interesting, genre bending treat with an epic scope, incredible art and mysterious protagonist. Clearly this combines elements of Clint Eastwood and Old Man Logan, but it's an exciting tale with absolutely unique style and art. Transformers: Last Bot Standing #1 isn't a bad start, it's just not exciting. It has all the chance of people something great going forward but it takes too long to get to the point and what we've come for. It almost feels like two comics and those two don't quite line up. Overall, Transformers: The Last Bot Standing #1 is a great beginning to this space western. The story by Nick Roche is exciting. The art by the creative team is gorgeous. Altogether, it's a story that's a fine addition to the Space Western canon. Read Full Review
Interesting first issue, ending does have me interested in reading the second issue.
It's rare for non-cybertronian support cast be any good, but these ones seem somewhat promising. No idea what the hell is going on with Rodimus, but I'm looking forward to finding out.
