The war games are in full effect, and it's a bully free-for-all! With Edith and Ernie running the control room, Rufus has an edge-but Hock and his crew aren't quite dealt with, and Spencer gets caught in the crossfire.
Bully Wars #4 is another lively and hysterical issue that will surely be just what anyone who has been keeping up with the series would have wanted from the actual Bully Wars event.
