Set up for murder, Dr. Benjamin Dane finds himself wanted by a black market surgical squad and the FBI, with only an outcast Yakuza assassin to protect him, none of which will stop him from getting to his next patient. Plus the freaky kid is back.
Image Comics is the king of mini-series. They have been on this fantastic tear of dynamic and interesting stories featuring well-known and great upcoming talents. HARVEST is an awesome story that's very dark and delves into the world of black market organ trafficking. What I'm getting at is that HARVEST is right up my alley, and no, I'm not some weird creepy dude trying to steal your liver. Read Full Review
This is one hell of a series. Its something that fans of Chuck Palahniuk, Tess Gerritsen, and Quentin Taratino will greatly enjoy. This series, as it has from the very first issue, comes very highly recommended by me. Read Full Review
This mini-series is really great. If you want something gritty - truly gritty not "gritty" as in "look at us - we added blood and sex in the New 52", but gritty in the noir way, then you need to be reading this. Another good issue. I got a bit lost, at first, but after a second read it all became clear. Time for retribution at the end of a scalpel" and Ben is just the surgeon to carry it out. 9/10. Read Full Review

For me, this could have had two distinct arcs, the first focusing on Dane and his depravity and fall and second his attempt at redemption and fixing his mistakes. Harvest is a very fresh take on a theme that is rarely touched on in any artistic medium. Any horror fan should love this book for its creativity and art, though this issue lacks the gore that we have come to love from Lorimer the story is still as twisted as ever. Read Full Review
With the addition of the “freaky kid” who, lets face it, was obvious right from the start, still providing a little colour and humor into the title, Harvest #3 still has a lot going for it. Read Full Review
