We're currently cruising at an altitude of 33,000 feet, at an airspeed of about 400 miles per hour. The time is 1:25 p.m. The weather looks pretty good, and with the tailwind on our side, we're expecting to violently nosedive into the ground approximately 15 minutes ahead of schedule.

This a great issue, but it could've been slightly more focused.
I could care less about the back up story. That plot isnt what I read ICM for. The main story was another good plot. Bizarre, slightly disturbing and gets you thinking.
