May 24, 2023The rest of the issue finds Millar fully stacking the odds against the Night Club, who are so outmatched and ill-prepared for this showdown it's almost laughable. Only thing is instead of laughing people are dying. It sets up a heck of a mini-series finale and with Big Game imminent there's bound to be some ties to the huge Millarverse crossover. The majority of this issue is a bunch of flashbacks where we learn about an ex-cop who is turned into a Vampire against his will. I think the whole reason for it was to show the villains and how depraved they are. The stakes are incredibly high and I'm wondering how they will be able to close this up in a single issue.
