Becky Kumar's literal leap of faith unhinged the doors to a world of magic, and now everyone in Manhattan can see their reality is just a piece of a bigger picture. Is it the end of the Secret? Also, the face-off we've been waiting for since the first issue: the Witch vs. the King, with Fer and the Wild Hunt somewhere in the middle. Oh, and who are those FOUR other Beckys, by the way?
Overall I can not adore this series, and issue, any more intensely than I am hoping to capture in this review. It is truly a sleeping giant in the comics industry from three fantastic creators. The visual, conceptual, and linguistic poetry that Bucci plays with here is compelling enough that it doesn't have to be totally understood. There are deeper walks with the story through a companion Instagram account that details Becky's dreams and a book that has been published in Europe detailing some of the story not directly covered in the series. It's a lot to dive into. Bucci and Camagni make a deeper dive into Becky's world, seem very appealing in another engagingly enigmatic dream of an issue. Read Full Review
