Jan 01, 1970Skybound X #1 serves as a solid celebration of the imprint's 10th anniversary, especially with its signature series, The Walking Dead. The next issue looks to explore even more series within the Skybound roster of titles, and I'm fairly sure that there will be something for everyone over the next few issues. Read Full Review

Obviously, the title everyone is here for is "Rick Grimes 2000". It managed to live up to the hype and set up a very exciting, non-canon, version of TWD for us to explore. Ultramega and Manifest Destiny both also proved to be entertaining as well as having great art. Clementine was probably the next most anticipated title of Skybound X and it managed to live up to the hype as well. It does a great job of setting the stage for whatever the future holds for Clementine

I think it has potential, if you like raw and zombies.

Man, he's not a pulitzer obviously, but he's great, all that brutality turned into art, leaving all that inclusive disease behind. I was not betting on this comic, I was pleasantly surprised.

Guts all over the place, not the great story but it was fun reading this first installment.

Certainly a mixed bag. I liked the Rick Grimes 2000 story. I like seeing them basically parody and take the piss out of the Walking Dead. I read it all, so I gotta read this. The other stories weren't really making me want to read the series they were promoting, but none of them were bad by any means.
