The writer and artist that literally created Deadpool reunite to tell the hella screwed up story of a giant monster...with very physical needs. Frank's hands are firmly on the problem while he pilots the mech into its greatest battle against the horny Kokjü monster. With his family watching the fight, things get unexpectedly physical. The best way to safely describe our wrap is that it goes from the naked sauna fight from EASTERN PROMISES into kind of like...HANDS ON A HARD BODY.
Overall a good bit of comic fun, has all the action you'd want from a comic mixed with a bit of gutter humour, if like me you have that sense of humour then this series is right up your street. Read Full Review
There is room for great brilliance in crude satire. Without some consistent level of sophisticated humor in and around the edges of something as crude as The Giant Kokju, it gets pretty weak a couple of pages after the opening and never really manages to redeem itself. There were moments in the first couple of issues that might have suggested something weird and wonderful. Instead, Duggan and Koblish allow the premise and the plot to become weak and disinteresting just as the series is reaching its...uh...climax. Read Full Review
