Last month I applauded the series refinding its footing and getting back on track. Now it looks to be headed in a whole different direction. Like Brian K. Vaughan and similar masters of the cliffhanger, Kirkman takes pride in utilizing jaw-dropping last page reveals. Even with all the shocking deaths and developments seen in the last few arcs, I'm confident calling this issue's the most scintillating cliffhanger in some time. Following the rules of the George Romero movies, The Walking Dead will continue to be the front runner for zombie comics out on the market. If you are a follower of the series, this is an outstanding issue! If you are new to the comic, you are in for a real treat. Kirkmans love and devotion for his characters will continue to be the life blood for this series and pave the way for a new hope in a genre that seems to be on its last breath. Read Full Review
Progress. That's what the following issues will all be about. The relationship between Abraham and Rick takes the place of Rick/Tyreese (and from Rick/Daryl in the show) from now on.
