Jun 24, 2026Every issue of this story gets better and better. It seems as if the writing and visual teams feed off each other, pushing one another to get better and better as they go. I’m so intrigued by the relationship Walter may have with the Boy, and loved seeing more defined images of the ghosts. Simply put, White Sky is a story that should be on any horror fan’s pull list. Jun 24, 2026White Sky #4 continues to allow the story to unfold with a haunting beauty to it. The horror elements are subtle; well the supernatural and human cruelty sides of the story are front and center. The human drama of survival makes this issue and series more impactful. The slow burn reveals of the story keep an air of intrigue; well the shocking moments hook the reader into the series further. As this story ramps up it just keeps getting better. Read Full Review

Jun 24, 2026While the story is interesting on its face, this series is starting to feel the drag from lack of answers about how we got here. In particular, the shite sky from the title remains a curiosity, as well as a barrier to making some strong artwork stand out even more. Read Full Review

You Don't Read Comics - Russ Bickerstaff
Jun 24, 2026White Sky deliciously delivers a long look at a post-apocalyptic desert and the earthbound ghosts that still haunt it...living and dead. The horror clings to the edges. There isn’t a great deal of plot to drag down the overall feeling of desolation that dominates each and every page of the series. It’s a hell of a thing to trudge through, but there IS an overwhelming sense of survival and admiration for the human spirit that comes in the page-by-page journey through an issue of White Sky. Jun 24, 2026Issue four of White Sky continues its pursuit of gradual tension and brilliant worldbuilding. Unfortunately, what it has in occasional unease and visual flair, it is starting to lack in pacing and overall engagement…even if it is only slightly. Read Full Review

Really enjoying this series. It's super atmospheric and beautifully illustrated and coloured. Love the urban desolation mood of this issue and just the whole series in general. Some folks seem to struggle with the slow pacing but it suits me just fine and adds to the whole dreamlike, haunted mood.
