The intro of this series is gives you more story than this first issue as a whole... which is kinda dissapointing tbh... The read itself, the story and art quality is good and overall fun. The hype is what it is.
Narco #1
MINISERIES PREMIERE Marcus Wesphal has a rare form of narcolepsy- when he gets excited, he passes out. He's adapted: homebound life, a harmless infatuation with the girl next door. But when he witnesses her murder and collapses, he becomes suspect #1. Now, he must leave his apartment to pursue a killer.
Close to perfection. It proves that it's a monthly must read.
Absolute Wonder Woman #17
Diana faces off against a team assembled with only one mission in mind: take down Wonder Woman at any cost. But after a strangely intimate betrayal, Diana finds herself outplayed, boxed in, and running out of options…
This is good stuff!
End of Life #1
Professional hitman Eddie Stallion has messed up. He’s accidentally robbed the Raven, a high-ranking boss of the international cabal of assassins the Menagerie, of which Eddie is a member…or he was. It's so peak, nothing is even close
Absolute Batman #17
Dr. Pamela Isley has been unleashed from the Ark-M facility with an unending hate and burning fire for revenge on Gotham City, and those who put her in the belly of the beast. When Batman hunts her down, he must survive a labyrinth of leveled horrors, one more gruesome after the next, as he tries to save the city from a monster it created.
The tone/vibe of the comic is great. It's easy to set into it, because it has familiar aspects from other series or comics. You don't have to re-invent everything, but do it your way and that is what this team does.
White sky has a lot of potential, lets see where it takes us in issue 2.
White Sky #1
Five years ago, the sky turned white, and the world ended. Violet and her father, David, are forced out of hiding and flee toward the ruins of San Francisco, where they believe they’ll be safe. But in this haunted world ruled by ghosts, no place is safe.
It's a simple story that feels like just a one shot to introduce someone. It's fine but its it's empty besides that. Good to see Jar Jar, but this isn't worth it.
Star Wars: Jar Jar #1
JAR JAR RETURNS - CO-WRITTEN BY JAR JAR HIMSELF, AHMED BEST! JAR JAR faces the consequences of giving emergency powers to CHANCELLOR PALPATINE. What pivotal role does Jar Jar play in the formation of the REBEL ALLIANCE? Guest-starring fan-favorite JEDI KNIGHT KELLERAN BEQ!
If you haven't fallen in love with Absolute Wonder Woman, you will now
Absolute Wonder Woman Annual #1
The experience of briefly becoming Medusa in order to save Gateway City changed Diana. It haunts her, and she has never stopped seeking an answer from the gods. Her pleas to Athena have gone unanswered...until now. If she wants justice, the mission is deadly and uncertain. Is it worth the risk just to set right one injustice? Breakout artist Mattia...
This comic series feels like its so bad that it's turning to be good. It's just stupid, but its deadpool... so its fine.. I know, very confusing.
There are soo soo many good comics out there, this one doesn't have any chance. I suppose even Marvel can't kill it.
Wade Wilson: Deadpool #1
DANGEROUS. UNHINGED. DEADLY. Deadpool is a man on the brink, and that means the jobs are deadlier, the stakes are higher, and the humor is darker than ever before. But Wade Wilson isn't laughing. A dark memory haunts Deadpool, as a mysterious client leads him down a troubling path. This way lies redemption? No, something far worse. Wade can never b...
Is it really that good? Is the hype unnaturally hyped? Is it worthy of the high price people are asking for a first print copy? $100? Please no. I give it a $20, based on the low print run.
An honest review: it is good, fast pace, almost really funny, visually modern, good collouring,...But it kinda doesn't feel original, the prophecy child between 2 opposite worlds... But it is noneth

D'Orc #1
Armed with nothing but a magical yet ambitiously violent shield, a lonely orphan stumbles headfirst into Sunderaine's never-ending war between the Light and Dark. Elves vs. Orcs. Wizards vs. Common Sense. Dragons vs. Literally Everyone. And caught dead-center? D'ORC.
With a wholly inconvenient doomsday prophecy, the half dwarf, half or...
Emotions and Zombies, not new but never done well. This might be different and you got what you want from a first issue. The table is set, the vibe is felt, the message is delivered and now it needs to confirm and (over)deliver. You think Denniz Camp can deliver?
Bleeding Hearts #1
The zombies won-and ten years after the fall of humanity, they're the dominant form of life (or not-life) on Earth. They've developed their own cultural practices, their own language, their own society. Mouse-Pokes-Golf-Ball-Through-Hole-In-Head ("Poke" for short) is a beloved member of his community, and with his brother-in-arm Mush, he's happy t...
It's a intriging story, visually stunning and has a nice pace.
The question I have is, is issue #2 going to be equally good? If so, you make have a true gem in your hands.
Spirit of the Shadows #1
EMBRACE YOUR FEAR . . . THE SPIRIT OF THE SHADOWS DRAWS NEAR! From the darkest recesses within acclaimed cartoonist Nick Cagnetti (Pink Lemonade, XINO) and co-creator Daniel Ziegler (Elodie) comes the most visually stunning, outrageously otherworldly, and hauntingly heartfelt superhero-horror hit of 2026! Once, Erik Leroux was a mortal musician, se...
A fresh new #1 Iron Man, you get the Tony Stark vibes, it has body and they gave us some mystery at the end. So overall it's fine and that is the right conclusion, but it def not more than that.
Iron Man #1

Years ago, Tony Stark was knocking on death's door, so he created the Iron Man armor to survive! What happens the next time death comes calling? What weapon does he create then? I'm shocked this isn't on everybody's pull list!
Such an insane story that is worthy of a classic. Incredible comic.

This new arc is different, a lot. The main lore of course continues but you're feeling something else while reading it. It's like the soul and energy has changed. Good thing this first arc issue is fully packed with everything you want from TMNT. It probably takes some time to adjust, but we're in good hands for now.
Actually we went from Jason Aaron's fine dining to Gene Luen Yang's f
