If you truly dislike fantasy and/or swords and sorcery, I'd probably stay away. But if you like amazing artwork and a simple but fun story well told, buy this issue. I don't care if you don't care about Sara and her magic gauntlet, I don't care if you've never read this book before, and I don't care if you hate the series or the entire Top Cow universe. Buy. This. Issue. Read Full Review

Witchblade #138 is classic fantasy meets a great series. This has to be my favorite post-War of the Witchblades issue so far. So simple, yet so brilliant. I really did love Witchblade #138 and I cannot help but re-read it again and again whenever I get a chance. I definitely recommend picking up Witchblade #138 if you want a highly entertaining one-shot issue. Read Full Review

An enjoyable enough romp with some great artwork. It hasnt changed my mind on the whole swords and sorcery genre, but it wasnt time wasted. Read Full Review
